DuPage County Police Association College Scholarship Program. The DPA will be awarding up to four (4) $500 college scholarships. This scholarship is ONLY open to High School seniors that have a parent who is an active or retired DPA member. The on-line application form and other written materials are due in no later than 5pm on Friday, April 27, 2012.
